Evaluation of Uganda Water and Sanitation NGO Network (UWASNET)

Harewelle provided a team of consultants to undertake an assessment of DFID’s Uganda Water and Sanitation NGO Network (UWASNET), a programme established in 2000 to improve and strengthen NGO coordination in the sector. The assessment covered the relevance, effectiveness and impact of the Network since its inception and provided recommendations for its future strategy. (2007)
