Lake Victoria Water Levels Policy Briefing Review

Harewelle provided assistance to the Parliamentary office of Science and Technology in reviewing a policy briefing produced internally at the Ugandan parliament regarding water levels in Lake Victoria. An assessment of the policy briefing’s completeness, accuracy, use of evidence, impartiality, and clarity was requested and the response covered these topics in the form of a short report. (2008)
