Swaziland Water Services Corporation Phases I and II
Project aimed at improving the service delivery of the Swaziland Water Services Corporation (SWSC). In Phase I of the project, Harewelle provided an Engineering Adviser/Team Leader, supported by an Accountancy and Financial Management Adviser, who -with the help of several short term experts- provided expertise in corporate planning and strategic management, management information systems, personnel and training, organisational development, and technical fields such as water quality, procurement, and leakage control. For Phase II, Harewelle provided assistance to improve efficiency and management skills in extending water services to other urban communities, as well as in integrating corporate planning, finance, technical and personnel functions.
