Rural Water Supply Design Consultancy
Harewelle provided consultancy to a project providing capacity building assistance to the Government and NGOs toward the goal of providing sustainable supplies of rural water and sanitation systems. The assignment comprised several activities over two phases, working towards the participative design of a project for future DFID funding. Harewelle provided all necessary inputs to the project, including a Rural Water Specialist, a Workshop Facilitator and a Social Development Advisor. Together, their activities comprised numerous stakeholder meetings and discussions, the completion of stakeholder analyses, the preparation and completion of participatory workshops, and the drafting of project frameworks, documentation and work plans.
