Support to Gender Equity Roadmap (Gender Audit)

Working in consortium with WISE Development to plan and implement of a number of joint audits of gender mainstreaming across a number of organisations in Rwanda encompassing the Government, donor agencies and Non-Government Organisations (NGOs).  The Gender Audit included organisational policies, strategies and activities, status, application and monitoring of commitments, organisational culture and conditions and individual capacities and behaviour, and how these support or hinder gender mainstreaming.
