Part of a consortium managing a flagship Challenge Fund for DFID. The funding scheme, currently expected to be in the region of £120 million over a five year period, is designed to strengthen civil society and the media to help citizens hold their government to account. Harewelle's role includes the evaluation of Project Concept Notes and Proposals submitted, and advice on project management and contracting. (2007 - 2012)
