Development of the 5th National Development Plan for Zambia

Working to an operational secretariat in the Ministry of Finance and National Planning, PMTC was responsible for leading consultations on behalf of the GRZ in two major sectors - Agriculture and Tourism during the development of the 5th National Development Plan, providing the knowledge basis for planning decisions in the short to medium term. This input fed into the first draft of the NDP and the second draft of the Vision 2030.
