Project designed to raise farm productivity and rural household incomes through integrated assistance in water resource management, agricultural production technologies, agricultural marketing, rural infrastructure rehabilitation, and institutional strengthening. Harewelle provided technical assistance in a wide range of fields, including irrigation and drainage engineering, hydrology, economic/financial and policy analyses, water supply/sanitation, environmental assessment, and WUA development/rural sociology.
