Appraisal of DFID's future engagement in the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Sector

Project aimed at determining DFID’s mode of engagement in the rural water supply and sanitation (WATSAN) sector, in response to its post-war reengagement with national government.  Harewelle (through the DEW Point Resource Centre) provided the services of an experienced WATSAN specialist to examine the status of national agencies involved in the sector, identify best practices used by other donors, assess existing DFID programmes, and make recommendations to DFID on its most appropriate course of action.
