Preparation of a participatory feasibility study for the Papua New Guinea education sector, designed to ensure optimum implementation of the European Commission’s five-year intervention plan in the sector. Harewelle managed this assignment in conjunction with a local consultancy company and provided international advisors in the disciplines of basic, primary and secondary education, teacher training, vocational and technical education, education infrastructure, and log frame, programme design and M&E.
