Reorganisation and Strengthening of Ministry of Agriculture & Food

Technical assistance to a project strengthening the capability of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources (MAWR) to formulate strategy and policies for its market-based reforms. Harewelle provided five consultants to the TA team, who together supported and strengthened key MAWR Directorates, including those covering investment programming and donor assistance, investment planning, privatisation of enterprises dependent on the ministry, and developing in-house training services for Ministry economists.
