Carried out output to purpose review of this project designed to improve the livelihood security of poorer men and women in Siem Reap Province in a sustainable manner by improving the technical and institutional capacity of local development actors (community based organisations, community groups and village development committees) in order to enhance their effectiveness at addressing livelihood security for poorer women and men in Siem Reap Province. Support to the NGO has been extended through follow-up project cycle management training for Concern Cambodia staff. (2002 - 2003)
