Technical Assistance to the Natural Resource Management Programme (NRMP)

Consortium partner contributing to the management of this Project to support NRMP in environmental capacity building related to agriculture and sustainable production. This involved improving the legislative and policy framework in the sector whilst making recommendations for more effective planning and coordination amongst stakeholders. In addition, the capacity for natural resource assessments and increased community participation in natural resource management was strengthened. A sub-component established and operationalised the national environmental management fund. (2007 - 2010)
