Project designed to offset the potential negative trade impacts to Ukraine’s Lviv Oblast of Poland’s accession to the EU. Working closely with the Oblast Authority and other regional stakeholders, Harewelle assisted in the design and delivery of policies to mitigate and minimise these impacts, through the provision of –among other things- support, training and advice on the preparation and implementation of an economic and social development strategy, and support in the development of a more effective market infrastructure and business climate in Lviv. (2003 - 2006)
