Local Government Support Project (LOGOSP)

Harewelle was responsible for the Project Management in leading a large team of local and expatriate consultants working within the Ministry of Local Government and Housing to strengthen the managerial capacity of personnel employed at district council level. This project, which supported the Public Service Reform Programme, was completed in association with Hunting Technical Services. (1994 - 1997)
