Experts Profile

Expert No. 1 (Financial/Institutional expert): 76 days
Good Working Knowledge of Croatian language
At least 10 years of working experience
At least 5 years’ experience in communal companies or in public companies in the field of company finance or in a management position
Professional experience in a management position in the field of company finance and contract management
At least 5 years’ working experience in financial planning and investment planning

Expert No. 2: (Technical management expert): 65 days
The technical management expert will have a crucial role in assessing and restructuring the organisation of the technical departments and to create a streamlined organisation for technical operation
Good Working Knowledge of Croatian language
At least 10 years of working  experience
5 years experience in a technical management role or consultant role in/for a water supply/waste water company
Professional experience in a management position in the field of technical management
Working experience with development of appropriate working methods of operational and maintenance teams

Expert No. 3 (Human Resources Expert): 20 days
Good Working Knowledge of Croatian language (absolutely required)
At least 10 years of working experience
At least 5 years’ working in human resources management, planning and staff qualification methods
At least 5 years’ experience in human resources planning and staff qualification methods in communal companies or in public companies
