Mike Woolford (Managing Director - UK)

Mike Woolford is the Managing Director of Harewelle, responsible for the overall management of the Group, leading a multinational team of staff and consultants.  He is a highly experienced Programme Manager and Management Development consultant with over 28 years experience working in development aid.  Mike has extensive experience in managing and coordinating project work programmes aimed at building management capacity at senior level within government institutions and in particular the change management aspects of institutional strengthening and development. 

Mike is currently providing inputs and support into the Capacity Building for Economic Planning Project in Lesotho and support to the formation of the Swaziland Revenue Authority.

Mike is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and also a qualified trainer experienced in facilitation and coaching at senior levels and planning and conducting workshops. He has project based experience in Lesotho, Zambia, Uganda and Bangladesh with other work experience in Swaziland, Sudan, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Pakistan, Cambodia and Papua New Guinea.
